GovFlex consultants can add a resume to their profile and we highly recommend that they do, here's why. The GovFlex matching engine searches the information provided in the consultant profile to match experience and expertise with each opportunity posted in GovFlex. When a resume is attached to a consultant profile, the content of the resume is also included in the search so it improves the probability of a match.

Adding a Resume

  1. After logging into GovFlex, select the "Profile" thumbnail from the Dashboard.
  2. Edit the "Documents" section by clicking on the pencil icon at the upper right corner.
  3. Upload a resume in .doc or .pdf format
  4. Click the "Save and Close" button.

That's it, your done!
